Phenotype

In vitro clinic: Low epididymal sperm concentration, low sperm motility, abnormally shaped sperm heads with short tails, poor IVF success. 

Histology evaluation: Primarily normal spermatogenesis.  Some abnormal spermiogenesis with abnormal spermatid head shape (see 1).
